Our policy on refunds, cancellations, and service credits for products and services purchased from Unified Microsystems.

Overview

Unified Microsystems makes substantial infrastructure investments and resells services at competitive prices. This requires commitment from both the supplier and the customer.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are discretionary unless stated otherwise in our terms of business. All refund requests are evaluated individually based on merit. We do not offer refunds for servers and services purchased in advance.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted to the Customer Care Team via a Support Ticket through our Support Portal. We will endeavour to deal with requests for refunds within 10 working days.

Termination Provisions

When an agreement is terminated, the specific liability provisions relating to termination in the Terms and Conditions apply. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for details on early termination fees and obligations upon termination.
